Preparing for work:
the parts to be glued must be free of dust, cleaned
oils and grease, air-conditioned. Most favorable
processing temperature 18-20°C.
Wood moisture content during use:
indoors: about 8-10%
outdoors: about 10-14%
do not process below +10 °C

MARKING

Labeling adhesive: not subject to labeling according to regulations
handling dangerous goods.

Marking turbo hardener: to be marked according to
rules for handling dangerous goods. Protect your hands and eyes!
Wash off the drops immediately with water. Pay attention to the instructions for
security on 303 and 303.5

Consumption:
100-130 g/m2 when gluing on the surface
150-200 g/m2 when gluing solid wood
Open time: 6 -10 min.
Pot life: about 24 hours
Add the required amount of hardener and
mix. After the pot life of the mixture has expired
the remaining amount can be further processed as
D3 glue or you can add hardener again and recycle
like D4.
Press pressure: 0.7-1 N/mm2
Pressing time:
Bonding joints: 20 °C from 15 min.
Bonding joints (heated): 50 °C from 5 min.
Bonding joints: 80 °C from 2 min.
Bonding surfaces (HPL board): 20 °C 15-20 min.
Bonding surfaces (HPL board): 50 °C approx. 5 minutes.
Bonding surfaces (HPL board): 80 °C 1-2 min.
When used as a two-component adhesive, the named
increase time by 50%. Light foaming of the mixture does not affect
on the quality of gluing and due to mixing can be
reduced. According to DIN EN 204 the final strength is achieved
in 7 days.
Wood and wood materials are natural
materials, depending on the area of ​​growth, due to
specific properties of wood in some cases may
staining occurs.

Cleaning
Machines and application devices are cleaned with water.

Storage
Glue and turbo hardener at 20 °C in original closed
